This time I want to discuss about a very good food for consumming in the morning which is good for your intestinal health and contains lots of nutrients. .This food consists of banana slices that are ripe and cut along with it's skin. Bananas contain carbohydrates, potassium and vitamins. Next the tempe and tomato chunks. Tempe contains probiotics. .Tomatoes contain vitamins A and C. Also add honey and liquid palm juice. The food is ready to eat.
