Add cleanplanet in the tag and add your link to your article as a comment to one @cleanplanet post.
I have, do not know if it worked though. I am definetly interested in linking the @CleanPlant initiative with @EarthTribe. Seems like we are all on the same page. I have also included a link to C.P. in the #EarthDeeds contest I posted today, and am encouraging participants to use the #CleanPlanet & #OneTrashaDay tags in their entry posts.
