RE: BackYard Cannabis Farming 2019 - Episode 17 (Season Finale): Strain Highlights & Grow Reflections

in #dtube7 years ago

I came from a state where it is to this day still illegal... and probably will stay that way especially bc it is a tobacco state. I uprooted my whole life to move to Oregon bc it meant enough for me to do so. It was the best decision I have ever made. If you have legit medical conditions you could easily obtain a medical cannabis card in Oregon. Living free of pain in priceless. Blessings.

I'm originally from the north Oregon Coast and we do frequently think about moving there again - if we can manage to afford it. It's now so expensive that many locals cannot afford to remain there, which is sad. So, for the moment, it's doing the best that I can with what I can have and watch for the political climate to change a little more to allow more states to have legal pot - at least for medicinal purposes.

The states already have the power to choose, whether they realize it or not... its all about which ones actually will choose to end cannabis prohibition. I really do not see states like Virginia and Texas ever supporting cannabis, at least not until its much too late or destroying the integrity of it by instituting convoluted regulation. AZ and Colorado are also good options, but it is more difficult to grow outdoors in these regions. If VA ever allows cannabis cultivation, I may start a company there - who knows.
