People are doing it all over the world. Consuming cannabis in general is highly recommended for dietary and overall health. You don't necessarily have to smoke it or even take part in the psychoactive side to take advantage of these health benefits if you do not wish to. It was even called a "dietary essential" by the FDA, not that they are a credible authority or anything haha.
