We actually eat turkey during the year, usually if there is going to be a big gathering where another meat would fit nicely. It is a welcome treat instead of once a year, on the annual turkey day.

I think I did it 3 or 4 times last year, not sure which, but it is an easy meal to get together and the yummy leftovers make it worthy. Why wait all year for something clearly this good?
