Nice job! I am sure that it will be a hit. Red Velvet cake used to be my grannie's specialty. I could never make it as she did. I think she might have given me a recipe that was a bit changed, you know, taking the Family Secrets with here and all. :)

Just kidding. She was immensely talented and had a golden touch when it came to baking. She wouldn't give up that gene to me.
