As a biological male, given this latest precedent-setting case, am I now able to go into a gynecologist and demand to have my ovaries tested? If the gynecologist refuses, can I have them punished/charged? What about all-women gyms? If I "identify" (even just for a few hours) as a woman, can I go into women's bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms?
Since this guy admits he's sexually attracted to women, and is using the legal system to force people to shave his balls against their will (and even if they aren't trained in waxing male genitals)... let's hire him a MALE genital-waxer. This dude can be on speed-dial, dedicated to shaving Yaniv's junk for him, so nobody else has to be subjected to it. Yaniv will probably lose interest in having other people shave his balls fairly quickly.
No Canadian should be forced to service another, by law. Not for ball-waxing, or anything else!
