Broke the fast yesterday while meeting up with with friends Dom and Jan, kept it reasonably healthy with some lovely pineapple and a beetroot, mushroom and avocado salad with a guiltless tiramiso to follow.
3 days this time, so didn't push it as hard as last time, feeling good !
