I made this video because hand-washing is a simple and effective way to prevent diseases.
So it is important to know how to wash them properly.
Always wash your hands before:
Preparing food or eating
Treating wounds, giving medicine
Inserting or removing contact lenses

In doing some research for my undergraduate degree I learned that until somewhat recently, having a baby in a hospital was basically a death sentence for both the mother and the baby. In one hospital physicians began washing their hands before delivering the babies and infant and maternal mortality quickly rose to over 95%!
