chocolate ice cream ingredients: whipping cream: 350g 1.5 cups egg yolks: 3 whole milk: 250g 1 cup sugar：60g 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon semi-sweet chocolate：200g instant coffee：5g 1 tablespoon Heat up the mixture till 160°F / 70°C into refrigerator overnight use a ice cream machine to further freeze it then put into freezer
