DTube - Lost in the Jungle - Monkey Mountain, Mexico

Cerro Mono aka Monkey Mountain is near the little town of Sayulita, Mexico.

My twin brother, Joe, myself, and a friend we made in town decided to go hike up this little mountain that had very little information on how to do it. The easiest way is to hire a guide to take you up, but it was too expensive to do that for our style of travel so we decided to go it alone by taking a taxi from Sayulita to a local person's farm which is also the head of the trail to the mountain. The path to go up is not clearly marked and there are trails that branch off going who knows where so we really had no indication of if we were going the right direction since we couldn't see past the jungle. We just weren't sure if we were even climbing the right mountain.
