Taxi Driver Viciously Stabbed by Thieving Customer

During what looks like a taxi cab ride, the customer grabbed a knife he was carrying and attempted to rob the driver. Whereas the driver, upon seeing the knife, went into a fight or flight mode, of which flight was not realistically available due to him being within a confined space and restrained by the seatbelt, he went for the fight and lost.

The presumed robber stabbed him multiple times, and left him bleeding profusely inside. The robber also tried to pull out the car keys – not sure if the intent was to also steal the car, or just to prevent the driver go after him?
