Bet You Didn’t Know You Could Do That
The title is mostly for me because this is my first time posting a video I was able to edit myself in iMovie—Eureka! Speed adjust - check! Cut, paste and edit - check, check and check! I used a GoPro Hero 5 Black to record @puravidaville playing catch with seagulls and bread in Long Beach, California.
I used two separate clips. One was 21 seconds and the other was seven—28 total. After slowing them down, making a few cuts and pasting them back together, it grew to 40 seconds. It took me several hours and many device restarts to get to this point. I still have more video from that same day, I’m going to try Splice this next time and see which app is best for me—let me know what you think!

You did so good babe! I know you say “it’s just the video” but when it’s in slowmo and the sound gets all slow mo too it sounds dope. That was a fun day… would it be weird to say I miss our little spot in Long Beach sometimes? That was a cool place. I love you all the time my Home. Muah
I’m glad you liked it—attempt number 1 is in the books. I miss it too. When I say ‘home’ or mention the states, I’m always referring to the lunatics in the streets, tweakers at all times of the day doing round house kicks on cars passing by, air shotgun blasts and everything else that keeps Long Beach on the map—it’s a cool place to call home.
