This is a video of a workout with my kid Micah. Parents do not get much time in their daily life for their kids. Why not get them active in your workout?

Please Like and Subscribe on You tube. I could use your help. You tube guidelines requires at least 1000 subscribers and a watch time of 4000 hrs for 12 months before videos can be monetize by google ads. I like posting humorous skits, parodies, tips, how to, etc.
