OBS studio
Open Broadcaster Software is a free and open-source streaming and recording program maintained by the OBS Project. The program has support for Windows 7 and later. I remember it has a lot more than just live streaming

But no seriously, thanks for actually looking! I have asked a lot of people with little to no idea of a working free program. I want to at least write up how people can start for free on d.tube creating their own content so you will get credits when it all pans out! I aim to help the nobody’s get a leg up, everything I try do is cheap as possible including my mining adventures.
four years ago I said I will try doing something online with no money to make money and have had success. Not crazy success but enough to say it is very possible. I can help you add to that list here are 2 you will love if you don't already know them

I am lacking in a good image compression software though, my iphone images are in 4k ffs d.tube don't like it and I imagine neither do the picture file hosts for steemit.
