The Perfect Reward, 7-Eleven Hashbrowns Are Surprisingly Really Good [Day #6 Quitting Smoking] - D00k13 Digest #365

in #dtube6 years ago

What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, finishing up my 6th day of quitting smoking I am feeling pretty good with the only real difficulty being my anxiety and not having the crutch of smoking. I managed to get 10k steps by 10am this morning achieving my #automaticwin, gonna have to call it my #automaticreward as it was while I was on my way to get my hashbrowns from 7-Eleven as a reward for making 30k steps the day previous. Man ohh man I am dreaming of those hashbrowns now, so freaking good with a hint of onion and seasoning salt. Found a good undercover area to record at night, heated and well lit just wishing I noticed this place prior to the winter chill.

All in all another day done, I seriously don’t think that I will ever go back to smoking. I want to quit, need to be healthy and I believe that is why I am not experiencing much of a craving. I could however go for a bong toke but that just kills me when I try which is precisely the reason I am best not to in the first place!

Thank God For Edibles!!!

That’s It @D00k13 Out

I am seeing ypu taking it to months amd years of quitting smoking

first of all: congrats to one full year d00k13 digest! That is awesome :)

and now related to your topic:
Good to hear that you finished 6 days man.
This is huge in relation of your years before. Keep going!

And your attitude is really good, important and healthy. You want to quit and because of all the good things you have in front of you, you don't recognize any craving. That's awesome and encouraging but keep in mind that this is an adiction. THe craving can come in some weeks or even years but then you will be not willing to quit your healthy life I guess :)
I am thinking about quitting vaping as well but I am not as far as you are in my mindset. I stopped drugs(alcohol ad more) some years ago and I feel awesome but not ready to quit another drug - nicotine.. But we will see. You are definetly a good example and motivation to focus more on that.
28000 steps ?! wtf? you are crazy.

Thanks for sharing :)

Peace!

Enjoy the journey!
