This Lightweight Version Of Phil. Army's RPG Packs The Punch

The brand new RPG-7 type Rocket Launcher, Light (RLL) will be replaced with 90mm Recoilless Rifle and 57mm Recoilless Rifle which has long been used in Philippine Army.

The problem with the old 90RR was a lot of bullets, mostly anti-tank ammunition (HEAT), and much heavier for the Filipino soldiers.

In 2004 the First Scout Ranger Regiment submitted a proposal to have this weapon in battles with terrorists. It is lightweight, portable, and very easy to operate even with newcomer soldiers or Privates.

It is also easy to integrate with the current weapon systems used in the campaign against terrorists.
