Working with people is not that easy to do. Especially if you are a leader of a community.

It's not that easy to satisfy everybody. I do my best, but I can always miss something.

We are all people, not robots and we can do mistakes, we can forget things.

Talking about @dcooperation, we have a curation rule there. Delegators are upvoted depending on their amount of steem power delegated to us. All upvotes I make are manual, so I spend about 2 hours everyday curating and upvoting our delegators. Also I create content sometimes for the account, I organize shows, I try to add interesting initiatives to attract more people to the community, I welcome people in the community, I try to reach whales and other community leaders to help me, I'm always ecited and doing my best to build the community. Also I've sent my own money to the account to power up and I'm delegating all the power to the account.

But, I'm not a robot. I can be tired, I can miss something, I can forget. That's why I created a channel called ''claim for the upvote'' in our discord, so if I miss anyone, I will check there. All you have to do is to tell me. Getting mad just because I missed you, or forget to upvote you, is not the case. I consider every legit member of the community as a partner. We are all building this together, that's the purpose.

I try to be transparent about everything, so you know how exactly we work and it's up to you, to keep that delegation or not. Building something is not that easy ! Try yourself and you will see.

Try to be always positive about things. Positivity brings success, negativity brings failure.

The rule of delegators is : Less than 100 sp delegated, 1 full upvote in 14 days, 100 - 200 , 1 full upvote a week, 200 - 300 , 2 full upvotes a week, and go on, till 700 sp and more and that's 7 full upvotes a week or 1 upvote everyday and that's the maximum I give.
