[Steps to KNOWLEDGE] #7 - REVIEW
In today’s two practice periods, review all that We have covered thus far, beginning with the first step and continuing on up to include the preceding day’s step. Then consider the entire sequence of the steps together. It is very important at this juncture that you not require that you have any conclusions, but that you ask questions and realize the extent to which you need true Knowledge. If you undertake this practice today sincerely, it will be most evident that you have this great need. You are vulnerable without your assumptions, but you are also in a position to receive truth and certainty in life.
Take two practice periods today, 30 minutes each, to consider these things.
Practice 7: Two 30-minute practice periods.
General Perspective
This Step (#7) is where we Understand that there is a Pattern and Purpose for these sequence of daily questions, which motivates us to keep at them with greater Dedication, Motivation, Discipline and Spirit.
While I was writing down these overviews about each step, I really felt like I was in a trance-like state, and words just kept flowing out of my Mind as I did write them on my Journal. It was really amazing and interesting at the same time.
What I presently, 21/12/2017, Think of Knowledge:
Practice #1 (21:03) - (21:40)
Step #1: This first Step is where I was to look beyond a limited view of what Knowledge is. I had to see that there is some greater Knowledge that I can come in Union with. Some greater Understanding of the World to aspire to.
Step #2: This one is about the Subconscious, basically. Also Understanding the place where we're Mentally (Perspective) when it comes to my relation with it (Subconscious). It's about getting to Know and have clear Ideas about my own Beliefs System.
Step #3: This one is about looking at the beliefs I've come in contact with at Step#2 and ask myself, honestly, which ones I really Know from Personal Experience and which ones I was indoctrinated with. It's about looking at which of them (Beliefs) hold substantial Truths to them and which don't.
Step #4: This is, again, as Step#3 a deeper look at out own beliefs. Here, we are put in contact with the fact that what we are currently doing with out Life, or what we wish to do with Our Life is based on the Present Knowledge that we hold and that if we are to come into deeper contact with out Inner Knowledge, there will be a change in both what we are currently doing with our Life and what we wish to do with it moving on.
Step #5: This one is similar to Step#4, it only deals more precisely with Beliefs, rather with "Wants/Wishes". We must Understand that part of what we Belief is based on that which we wish to Believe.
For Example: If we dislike "Giulia" and then Giulia spills our coffee, we want to believe that she did it on purpose, so that it validates the fact that we dislike her.
This is reflected in all of our Beliefs.
Step #6: This one is where we come closer to the fact that we have come from somewhere in this Human Physical Bodies, and that we're returning to that place. We came here with Meaning and Purpose, and we're going back with more Knowledge/Skills/Experiences than what we had when we first came here.
