look at some of the favorite ab exercises that you can do in a workout.
Try doing each ab exercise for as many reps as you can. Rest 60 second between each set. Repeat 2-3x. Do it 3-5x per week. Increase your reps each workout. thank to @BikiniModelFitness who created this video.
