Coffee 'n Crypto | Cup #1
Inspired by two of my loves, this video series, Coffee 'n Crypto, will cover all things cryptocurrency in a more intimate, relaxed setting with of course some coffee.
In this first cup, the cryptocurrencies of Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), & TRON (TRX) are discussed with news regarding the alleged plagiarism found in the whitepaper of TRON.
Sources today are coming out that TRON has plagiarized a majority of its whitepaper from Filecoin & IPFS (the way DTube stores its data). Link below.
Also touch on Ripple and how people are starting to realize the difference between Ripple and XRP and the confusion behind it.
Lastly, I discuss Cardano and @dan's rebuttal to his former partners claims about Cardano.

Great to catch your first episode , I enjoyed the video. That plagiarism that tron has done is really shocking and there will surely be repercussions on the coin. I totally agree that bitshares and EOS are largely undervalued given what they can do. Ripple is centralized and highly hyped, what we want is decentralization LOL :)

Interesting about Tron, definitely did not know that. Not sure how much this will actually affect though. I am also wondering what they mean by plagiarized?
It seems that they simply mean they took ideas from other people and implemented it into the actual white paper. If so, I am not sure I care about this as the WHOLE crypto market has been taking ideas from everybody else this whole time and implementing it into their block chains anyway. I am not sure from Tron is actually doing that is different from others.
Rightttttt very interesting. I totally agree with you it seems like everything is a mesh of ideas coming from all different places.
And like you said I am not sure what they are doing different either, it seems like just a branded money grab especially since they marketing phrase is "decentralize the Internet" and 60% of the coin's belong to the founders.. I just know they are really hyping up the fact that Jack Ma's protege is running it. Huge red flag if this is the biggest benefit of TRON.
Agreed, you should look into ARK. I read the white paper the other day and it seems like an awesome concept. DPoS as well.
