i have been consciously collecting plastic bottles I see about town and depositing them into the recycle bin or giving them to the homeless people who use them for cash. I hope that is at least helpful to the cause.
Wow, you are not only contributing to clean-up the planet but also helping the people generate revenue from your plastic drive. What you are doing is super amazing @cflclosers and seriously, this is a big win towards creating a healthier, safer and more sustainable planet. Your work is very vital to the cause.

it's also kind of fun. Here we must pay 10 cents in the store whenever we buy plastic bottles and technically we can get that back if we drive to a recycling center but most do not. We also must pay to have a recycle bin so we are actually double taxed on the use of plastic so If I have the option to give it to someone who will make the trip to the recycling center and get the money for themelves I feel better about it and feel like I'm only taxed once lol. I don't like being taken advantage of by government.
