a can of Nestle Carnation evaporated milk
OMG - that was actually my first thought - I know people who work at one of the Nestle factories were the milk is bottled!!! Now I'm glad I went a different route with "carnation" so you can be the only one who thought "milk," and I may be the only one who thought Incarnation of Jesus and Mary's tears.
Not that it matters if two people have the same idea!
