Cent percent agreed, people have a habit of not sharing their ideas with others! May be some people don't want others to grow in their lives!
Two heads are better than one so they say. Some ideas are need to be shared because we don't know how to accomplish it and by sharing them to others they will be those who can act upon it or help you achieve and accomplish that idea.
