How you can talk and play like that - it's wonderful. I'm not sure I could do that. I guess it means your music is coming from the soul and is in perfect synergy with your mood and conversation.
The upvote thing - I guess it's just part of human nature. Greed and fear - these are things I'm battling with spiritually, partly through a 12-step programme of AA and mindfulness and talking. I feel like sharing on the Steem platform will help me deal with these things to some extent. I try and keep the upvotes out of my mind and just enjoy being here. So far it's working.

Yeah, it’s funny / I’ve always just sat and talked while having a guitar in my hands. So it’s fun to combine speaking with playing like that.
The highs of life are hard to deal with. Some are good, and some not so good! Music addiction is amazing, right? And Steem addiction too / as long as we are creating and sharing for the right reasons. I mean, where else do artists get rewarded like this for creative content? It’s spectacular.
