Thank you for your opinion on that. I’ve been working on my breathing sense December so I’m really happy with my progress so far! Also I’ve been practicing Yoga sense September and that makes me really happy and energetic! I recently open my self to boot camp class and Pilates class as well. I was just telling a friend of mine today that I want to explore all the capabilities of my body! All the skills I can do all the flexibility and so on .. gonna keep exploring my energy!
