first off I'm really sorry to hear that your grandma passed away last year. Secondly I'm so glad that you are putting in the time & work to get your mental health back on track cause it is so important that we take care of our mental health before anything else! <3
@calliyork. Thanks so much for your comment. I really appreciate you taking the time to watch the video. There have definitely been challenges but I am most definitely in a position where I want to take better control over my health. 💗 💗
