A local tinsmith redesigned an oil lamp for them so that the lighting power could be adjusted. Then one lamp could replace 10 candles. That's how the world's first kerosene lamp came on.
The "Kerosene lamp" restaurant opened in Lviv in 2008 on the occasion of the 155th anniversary of the invention of the kerosene lamp.

Just near the monument of the same pharmacists opened the restoration of the museum. People very interestingly designed a monument to the inventors: Jan Zeg is sitting at a kerosene lamp, and his partner looks from the window of the third floor.

When you go at first glance, you can immediately not notice the secret hole leading to the top. When you approach the first steps leading up the mountain, they are in black and yellow stripes and are very narrow and almost impossible to blur on them.

And then you are greeted by a traffic light, which strictly follows the order and before lifting to the top it is necessary to press the button so that people from above can see, that the stairs are busy.
The restaurant is decorated with wood in dark hickey colors and browns. Some of the walls are highlighted in green and red.

And in general, the institution in the middle is dull and half dark. On the ground floor is a souvenir shop

and a smaller copy of the establishment with the most detailed details.

From the second to fourth floors are wide wooden green-brown comfortable stairs, in comparison with those on which it is necessary to ascend to the second floor.

Along the wall, which goes to one side of the stairs, there are also various pictures and inscriptions related to the ancient invention. The second and third floors have many art on the walls and regular tables to sit on, the third floor has a bar counter.

On each floor you can sit and eat, and while you wait for the order, you can study the history by paintings, posters and see live the same kerosene lamps.

Wherever you look, on every shelf, walls,
chandeliers are the owners of this institution - kerosene lamps.

These souvenirs are available in different sizes and colors. You can buy them anywhere in this place. The walls depict the history of the kerosene lamp. In this restoration, you can see more than 200 exhibits of kerosene lamps and admire this incredible invention.

which offers a magnificent view of the Lviv Town Hall and the rooftops.

Before you reach it, you should meet the same striped black and yellow staircase leading to the balcony.

There is also a large selection of souvenir lamps to buy. To be honest, I prefer the outdoor terrace. But whoever likes it, there are air conditioners.

And the description of the summer terrace on the street is generally a separate topic for conversation. Many people walking down the street simply pay attention to the extraordinary approach and creative design and therefore enter this restaurant.

Bars for division of territory are made of gasoline or kerosene tanks painted in green color, and on the corners large red barrels are established.

Above the fence are baskets of flowers, and above them hang a garland guess which of the kerosene lamps.

It seems as if you are trapped in an alchemy jungle...

So, you can also witness chemical experiments at your table. Since this institution is completely dedicated to kerosene lamps, all their chips and interesting things are related to chemistry.

They serve their dishes in different tubes and flasks. In our example, it was a branded coffee with cold smoke (I forgot what is called the substance that creates this smoke).

We were delighted with this turn of events. This is so true that waiters surprise clients with some chemical tricks.

And by the way when waiter give you the account then do not be afraid, then there will be an explosive surprise!
