The Magic of Lights in Ottawa
Happy New Year everyone!!! I hope that you had a wonderful New Year's celebration with family and friends. We have had lots of family here over the holidays and this year we took our family to see the Magic of Lights show here in Ottawa.

Every year, a campground in Ottawa turns its facilities into an amazing holiday light show. The show is set up to be viewed from your car. You drive through the campground and take in all the wonderful light arrangements and displays that have been set up in such a perfect way. The company adds new features every year, keeping the show interesting and unique. For $25 you can fill your car and take the 30 minute drive through the magical display. Our family had a wonderful time.

I do have one question, though. They have the Bruins playing hockey? Aren't you just a little close to Montreal for that?
I have a friend that is a writer for a MC magazine and maniac Bruins fan (he lives in Western Mass.) He was testing a bike on a ride in Quebec in the summer and stopped at a Mom and Pop Restaurant to test the Poutine. It was an 'order at the counter' place and mom didn't want to serve him because he had a Bruins buckle on his belt :)
It looks like a great adventure for the whole family. I can hear the 'ooohing and aahhhhing' from here.
