Rick becomes "Tiny Rick" — by transferring his mind to a teenager clone of himself — to kill a vampire in Morty and Summer's school. Tiny Rick is outgoing and popular, but subconsciously cries for help in song lyrics and drawings. Summer deliberately causes him to be expelled by denouncing him as the killer of Coach Feratu, the vampire, prompting her schoolmates to treat her with disdain. Morty and Summer eventually persuade Rick to return to his body.
Jerry and Beth experience couple therapy on an alien planet. Two manifestations of how the couple sees each other are created: a towering, hostile Xenomorph-like insectoid Beth, and Jerry as a servile worm. The insectoid Beth goes on rampage with the help of the worm Jerry, killing couples and employees. Eventually, Jerry acts in a brave way, causing Beth to manifest a strong Jerry, which in turn manifests a goddess Beth, who destroys the insectoid monster.
Post-credit scene: The lead vampire rails against the use of names like "Coach Feratu" that give away their vampire status.
Guest starring: Alex Hirsch as Toby Matthews, a high school student; Jim Rash as Glaxo Slimslom, an alien marriage counselor.
