RE: How I Now See Dtube

in #dtube7 years ago

majority of pay out should b reserved until original content creator claims it with a small portion of payout going to the poster. if it wasnt for the posters i wouldnt have known about some of the videos i find.

Sort:

They could talk about the content and you could learn about it that way without them ripping it and uploading it to make money off of.

If they liked the movie that much they could have made a review and posted a link to a legal source to watch it. instead they rip it from the legal site nd post it on dtube to make money off of.
Like 30 bucks a pop for posting rick and morty cartoons.
Whats gona happen when the original content creator sues to have their legal property removed?

i'm not a lawyer but original content creator should have the right of taking down and take the majority of the profit made while it was on dtube. and it should be easy to take it down via their own bot or some easy solution to maintain.

Problem is once its in a block you cant remove it.
It would destroy the whole block chain if you were to try to remove the block their legal information is on.
hiding their content via flag does not remove it from the blockchain. at best you are hiding it with flags. anyone that knows where it is can still access it.
If they want their personal information removed and are willing to take legal action we can all say godbuy to steemit.
Atleast imo
