Some sports on this holiday

So myself, @joannewong, @aaronleang and my kids wanted to just sweat it out since its a holiday today .. so we decided to go to the badminton court and just play for about 2 hours. Its really good fun ... there are many badminton courts around subang and during holidays and evenings its normally pretty full.

The one we went to have about 24 courts and its filled ! Also took a lil shot of a family just having fun playing, its great to see how sports can bond people togather !

dude, nothing better than badminton to work up a sweat. only issue i have is when people blast it into the sky near the lights. i can't see shit.

Haha.. That happened a few times too. Worst if the shuttlecock gets stuck in the lights
