Attempting to trim the hair of a wild goat we rescued. Vlog #4

This is a semi-wild goat we got a few calls about over the weekend, apparently he was wandering around on a main road causing a possible hazard to drivers on a blind bend. He was surprisingly easy to catch which makes me think he was probably once a pet but given how raggity he is now I'd say he may of been on his own for a while.

He was happy to just let me grab him by the horn and lead him to the car, he ate some lettuce and an apple and we put him in on of the enclosures for the night while we decided what to do with him. Today we decided to get him out for a roam around the property and to munch on some of the bushes around the property, after being out for an hour or two we thought maybe we could give his hair a bit of a trim and make him look a little more presentable. We do need to find him a nice home after all.

anyway he started getting a bit head-buttey and his horns aren't exactly soft. He managed to cut my mums leg already and you can tell later on in the video she doesn't want him anywhere near her. Funny given he's one of the least dangerous animals here.
We managed to clean up a little bit of his fur but he was being a hassle so I just let him go back to munching on some vegetables :)
