Warning to those looking to cut bodyweight fast! I was on about 1000 calorie for few months more or less. I lost atleast 8 Kg of weight but losing rate started to slow down all the time untill stopping at 82,2 Kg. I upped my calories by 200 hundred and started to gain weight from that. Right now I just started cyckle diet and I have been reading some of his books. In one of the books he points to a study that shows that being on heavy continuous diet slows your metabolism makeing it so that if you eat same amount of calories that you could have before diet without gaining weight now causes you to gain weight!!! He also mentions that there isn't really low-carb diets but high-fat diet. If you eat low carbs you need to get at least 80%+ of your calories from fats. You cant chance your carbs to protein. Overall I recommend reading Scott Abel, one of the best modern day nutritional expert.
