Path of Exile - HC Assassin Fastest Leveling Build - CoC & Arc & Cyclone

This build was meant to be used with the unique weapon Mjölner but not necessarily.

For efficiency, only unique item you need for leveling is Tabula Rasa until you find yourself a 5Link Chest piece.

Note that this is on Betrayal Hardcore, So basically you can get much more crit rate on Softcore while dropping some defense suffixes.

Current crit: %41.25 UB at level 41

Links;

1. Cast on Critical hit,
2. Arc,
3. Cyclone,
4. Lightning Penetration,
5. Increased Critical Strikes Support
6. Increased Critical Damage Support.

If you don't have acces to 5L or 6L items, you can just use a 4Link and Link those;

1. Cast on Critical hit,
2. Arc,
3. Cyclone,
4. Increased Critical Strikes Support.

An assassin with a power charge build is a must, So you should complete your first labyrinth as soon as possible. I usually run mine at level 28.

You can also use this build with any class but Assassin makes it a breeze because early collection of power charge buffs are crucial.
