And then one day, for no reason at all, people voted Hitler into power...

The progressive cathedral is currently summoning the beast that will one day destroy it (probably a fascist). The fascist beast itself will then probably summon a liberal monster to eventually destroy it... And then the liberal monster will summon the progressive fiend to tear it down again... and so on...
