FDA Attacks Walnut Producer For Stating Health Benefits of Omega 3s
The FDA attacked a walnut producer for mentioned the health benefits of eating walnuts. By merely mentioning the scientific studies, they were attacked by the FDA. This is very hypocritical because cereal manufacturers have been touting health benefits for the fake food they sell and have gotten away with it for decades. But when a manufacturer of real food does it, the FDA puts its foot down, even though the walnut producer has studies to back up their claims.
