A large truck filled with explosives driven by an anti-Islamic Wahhabi Sex Suicide Jihadist who blew himself and the truck in the structure of the hospital that was under daily bombardment while a group of Syrian Arab Army officers and soldiers were protecting the sick people in the hospital and the hospital crew.
This was reported to be a base for the SAA which they oppressed 'rose carrying peaceful protesters' nowhere to be seen and was very soon refuted by first videos showing the SAA splitting in two groups the first guarding the doctors and civilians smuggled out of the hospital before the terrorists raided it and the other remained until their last bullets and later were executed in cold blood. I will upload the other videos once I manage to find them.
Whatever your governments and the media propagandists were telling you was completely fake and just to facilitate another 'regime change' they spent tens of billions of dollars to effect in vain thanks only to the bravery and sacrifices of the Syrian people and their heroic army.
