James, not sure if you ever covered this, bit there's an incident where a CNN crew comprising of a head of a region, a cameraman who happens to be an ex special operations officer and a 3rd military guy who didn't find what to report on in Baba Amro, Syria when they sneaked illegally into the country with the help of terrorists and literally blew up a major oil pipeline and accused the Syrian army for that, they were caught on their own cameras streaming live using Syrian state communication service: https://www.syrianews.cc/cnn-crew-blew-up-oil-pipeline-homs/
