Why I Choose To Wake Up At 5.30am
Mood follows action. I'm working at how to improve each day, and waking up earlier is just one step I can take to be more productive and get what needs to be done earlier in the day. I do have some days where I dont wake up at this time, but the majority of the time I wake up at 5.30am naturally since I go to bed around 9pm most nights.
