Please watch out for a scammer pretending to be Promo-Steem / Steem-Ambassador

We've heard that someone has set up a fake @steem-ambassador account and is going around asking for donations of Steem and SBD. It would appear they've been using SteemChat to do this, but they may have been trawling other places too.

For the record THIS IS NOT US.

We only want our supporters to delegate Steem Power. Please don't send us SBD or STEEM.

If you want to really help the promo-steem team, please DELEGATE to the account @steem-ambassador and no other account.

        Thanks for the information @anarcotech, steemit is a great place, I wonder why someone will not sit down and make and find a way to make impart here, rather than scamming others.

            Thanks @monjan. As in the real world, always check someones credentials before handing over anything. That's the beauty of delegating Steem Power, it stays being yours, they can't run off with it.
