Hello, I see you are new to Steemit. Welcome.
You may use this advise and try not to power up your post with 100% and choose 50/50% (default) instead. SBD know is worth 5 times steem value. You will benefit more by getting SBD as your author rewards, rather than all Steem.

      SBD is Steem Backed Dollar. You can check in your wallet. After your posts are upvoted you get your rewards in seven days. When you have 50/50 rewards structure, you get half of your rewards in STEEM and half in SBD.
