Starbucks Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew COPYCAT RECIPE | Low Cost Recreation
The new Starbucks Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew came out recently and I want to show you how to make it at home way cheaper and in my opinion a lot tastier! For a venti at Starbucks, this drink is around $5 and my version is about $1 so you can make five for the price of one at home.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
Pumpkin Vanilla Syrup
½ cup Water
½ cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Cream Top
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Pumpkin Vanilla Syrup
Cold Brew Coffee
Ice
Vanilla Syrup
To a saucepan add water, sugar, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice and bring a mixture to a simmer, make sure you stir mixture and allow sugar to full dissolve. Once mixture is at a simmer and sugar is fully dissolved, take it off the stove. Allow mixture to cool slightly. Once cool to touch, run mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Add in vanilla and stir mixture. Allow mixture to fully cool.
In a large bowl add in heavy cream and beat until just stiff, add in pumpkin vanilla syrup (it depends how sweet you like it) and beat until incorporated. Add ice to a glass, add in cold brew coffee and top off with Cream topping. Sprinkle on top extra pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
