Fitness is essential in life and glad to see that you are making video during morning walk. Talking about the topic I would say, yes! it does. Past experiences are kind of virtual assets we have with us and anything related to that in future can be done even better way because we have already gone through the similar situation. I truly believe in this and if for anything I don't have experience then I take advice from my father as he has experience. I think it does not matter much that who has the experience.
