RUSSIAN NAVY PASTA - VIDEO

It is said that men in the Navy would prepare this dish quite often, hence the name. Macaroni po-flotski is a perfect dish for new cooks, there are only a few ingredients to use. Ingredients :
about 2 cups small shape pasta or noodles (dry)
about 250 gr of beef / you can also use pork
1 large onion, chopped
1-2 tbsp. butter
Ground black pepper and salt to taste
fresh parsley

@allasyummyfood, this plate is knowing in Brazil as "macarronada rápida" or fast pasta in English. We do a lot of that but with small variations, like... adding garlic and olive oil instead of butter.
Try this variation one time, I garantee that you will like a lot.
