This week, I started participating in the 7 Pushups for 77 Days Challenge that is taken by Steemians on Twitter.
@rehan12 and @thereikiforest nominated me to join the challenge and so, far I have participated in four consecutive days 💪
What is the challenge?
Do 7 Pushups and make a video of it. Upload your video on Twitter and in your tweet,, tag a friend to join the challenge. Do you forget to use the hastags Seven77, Steem and Actifit along with any other tag of your choice.
Let spread and preach Steem to the masses!
