I can imagine how good the deep fried tofu skins (commonly called 'fu chuk' here) would taste as well as the soya bean dessert... Both are my favourites! 😋
Surprisingly I dont think I've seen fu chuk in Taiwan before it's mainly the fresh ones. My favourite is fu chuk sweet soup with egg, that is so 😋
