Ah yes I had the same problem. I try and be a big STEEM platform supporter and user but kept getting the Generic Nonhelpful Error and had to resort to youtube for a while. I eventually installed firefox, ckeared out all caches and cookies, and upgraded the browser manually to the latest version and BAM! I am back!
I think dtube have to look into this because i can across a fellow steemian who is also finding it difficult in uploading on dtube.. I hope they have rectify the problem so far you can upload this one... Or is there any adjustment you do to your browser before you upload this?

Last 4 days, I tried more than 50 something times uploading DTube videos and failed over and over again...
