I am very satisfied with your assessment of my post, as you said I would like to make point no.3 very clear that as almost all my supplies are to government hospitals, and the superintendents and hospital managers there also become part of our team and we get most of the feedback from them and they get it from the hospital staff. And on the basis of this feedback we decide our future strategy. In this way apart from myself, my son, and my 3-4 staff, about 20-25 people work as our customer support chain.
