Normally, we should apologize when we are wrong not minding our status, after all, customers are always right.
Developing empathy for your customers is the best thing that has happened to your business and delivering when needed is very important. I love the customer relationship you have with your customers, with that, they feel safe and loyal.
It's more of a small business now so hiring someone won't be ideal but I'm sure you look forward to expanding the business only then will you be able to hire capable hands.

Hola amiga, realmente intento dejar una buena impresión con mi trato con el cliente, no le doy la razón total pero si intento que la experiencia de compra y venta sea la mejor para que vuelvan, porque hay clientes de clientes jejeje.
